GRAZIANI SRL Gender Equality Policy

 

GRAZIANI SRL is committed to supporting the values of diversity, inclusion, and gender equality through the adoption of corporate, organizational, and management mechanisms based on respect for the rights, freedom, and dignity of individuals. In particular, our company has adopted a UNI/PdR 125 management system. In fact, the company operates according to the UNI/PdR 125:2022 practice through an approach based on impartiality and does not allow any form of direct or indirect, multiple and interconnected discrimination in relation to gender, age, sexual orientation and identity, disability, health status, ethnic origin, nationality, political opinions, social category, and religious faith. It also promotes conditions that allow for the removal of cultural, organizational, and material obstacles that limit the full expression of people and their complete valorization within the organization.

GRAZIANI SRL preserves the value of its personnel and promotes the protection of their psychophysical, moral, and cultural integrity through working conditions that respect individual dignity and behavioral rules.

The policy aims at developing a clear approach in terms of mission, strategies, and active practices to stimulate a collaborative, supportive work environment open to the contributions of all employees to increase the trust of people, customers, and civil society in general.

 

The goal is to promote diversity in all its dimensions to maximize the opportunities derived from it and generate value within work environments, also obtaining a competitive advantage in business.

 

This policy reaffirms the company’s commitment to respect and actively disseminate the principles provided by current legislation, contractual provisions, and standards issued by relevant international organizations:

  • 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and related Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs);
  • United Nations Global Compact and Women’s Empowerment Principles;
  • Universal Declaration of Human Rights;
  • United Nations Conventions on women’s rights, elimination of all forms of racial discrimination, rights of children, rights of persons with disabilities;
  • Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and the eight fundamental Conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO);
  • ILO Convention on Violence and Harassment of June 2019.

GRAZIANI SRL‘s commitment aims at preserving the value of people, so that everyone feels included and can give their best, feeling truly an integral part of the company. This commitment is substantiated in a human resources development and management strategy capable of promoting an inclusive culture to enhance the uniqueness of people and access to the same possibilities for professional growth regardless of the role held in the organization.

At the level of personnel and career management, specific operational procedures have been set up to manage the related areas from a Gender Equality perspective.

 

At the communication level (marketing and advertising activities), GRAZIANI SRL transparently declares its commitment to pursue gender equality, value diversity, and support female empowerment.

 

GRAZIANI SRL implements a policy aimed at promoting gender equality not only internally, but especially by privileging relationships with companies equally committed to issues of diversity, inclusion, and gender equality.

 

The Senior Management has identified a competent resource to manage the management system in the person of the Quality System Manager.

 

Furthermore, in order to create an active presence in the field of Gender Equality, a GENDER EQUALITY committee is established, made up of General Management, HR, and Quality System Manager.

 

Every year, information on the Gender Equality strategic plan with specific KPIs is transparently published on the “social responsibility” page of our website to explain how our company is progressing towards the set goals in terms of Gender Equality.
